A comprehensive B2B web application designed for a manpower agency to streamline candidate sourcing, client requests, job orders, and departure monitoring.
The Challenge & Approach
This project is an end-to-end recruitment and manpower management system built specifically for PT Mandiri Lintas Sejahtera (PT MLS). It bridges the gap between the agency and its B2B corporate clients by digitizing the entire recruitment workflow.
The system features a robust Admin Dashboard that allows the agency to effectively manage a vast database of candidate profiles (including CVs and technical skills), branch offices, job listings, legal certifications, and front-end gallery content. On the client side, it offers a secure, dedicated B2B Portal where corporate partners can submit detailed manpower requests, upload official job orders, review candidate profiles assigned to them, and monitor the real-time departure and placement progress of their prospective employees.
Key functionalities include dynamic data tables with advanced filtering and pagination, a status-driven candidate approval workflow, integrated PDF CV handling, and a customizable Chatbot menu management system to assist clients seamlessly.
